Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease cookie sheets, or spray with Pam.
Combine cake mix, egg whites, oats, raisins and oil in a large bowl; mix until well blended.

Bake at 350° for 7 to 9 minutes. Cool for 1 minute on sheets, then remove to cooling rack.
