Spanish Delight Casserole
Spanish Delight Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 c. hot enchilada sauce, 1 c. tomato sauce, 7 1/2 oz. pkg. fritos and 1 (15 oz.) undrained chili beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Crumble hamburger in skillet and cook.
Combine sauces and heat to boiling.
Warm Fritos and chili beans in 350Β° oven. Place chips in the bottom of a large casserole.
Then put hamburger over chips.
Add vegetables next, then chili beans and cheese.
Pour sauce over all.
Put together just before serving, then heat in oven several minutes.
