Slice steak into very thin slices and set aside to soak in 1/2 bottle of soy sauce and flour for about 30 minutes.

Set your electric skillet on high using no oil.

Stir-fry steak until tender.

Add mushrooms, onions and peppers and let cook down a little, then add about 4 cups of water and a bottle of the lite soy sauce.

Cover and let the vegetables get tender.

Serve over cooked rice.

Serves about 6 to 8 people.
