Soy Sauce Steak
Soy Sauce Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak, 6 to 8 fresh mushrooms, 2 onions, 2 green peppers and 1 1/2 bottles soy sauce (lite), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Slice steak into very thin slices and set aside to soak in 1/2 bottle of soy sauce and flour for about 30 minutes.
Set your electric skillet on high using no oil.
Stir-fry steak until tender.
Add mushrooms, onions and peppers and let cook down a little, then add about 4 cups of water and a bottle of the lite soy sauce.
Cover and let the vegetables get tender.
Serve over cooked rice.
Serves about 6 to 8 people.
