Soy Fried Rice - a delicious recipe with 5 ingredients.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Heat oil; add eggs, mixing constantly, while breaking up with fork.
Add eggs and onions to rice with soy sauce to color rice brown.
Blend very well and serve hot.
(Can reheat in oven at 350Β° for 30 minutes.)
If desired, stir in 1 cup cooked, diced shrimp or 1 cup cooked, diced pork tenderloin.
