South Sea Salad
South Sea Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. pkg. rotini, 6 1/2 oz. tuna, 11 oz. mandarin oranges, drained, 1 c. finely chopped celery and 1 medium apple, cored and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Prepare rotini according to package; drain.
In large bowl, combine rotini, tuna, oranges, celery and apple.
In small bowl, blend cottage cheese, mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice.
Add to rotini mixture; toss to coat.
Cover; chill thoroughly.
Before serving, stir gently; top with paprika.
