Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cream oleo and sugar.
Add eggs.
Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with sour cream.
Beat after each addition.
Grease and flour 2 (8-inch) round pans.
Put 1/4 of batter in each pan and sprinkle with 1/4 of topping (below).
Add remaining batter and sprinkle with rest of topping.
Bake at 325 Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
May also use 9 x 13-inch pan.
