Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, softened, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream the margarine and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
Mix. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Beat until combined.
Pour half of the mixture into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with half of the topping mix. Add remaining batter and topping. Bake at 325Β° for 40 minutes or until done.
