Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
In separate bowl, mix sour cream and baking powder.
On wax paper, sift baking soda and flour.
Add, alternating to batter, sour cream mixture and flour mixture.
If desired, layer cinnamon, sugar and/or nuts. Pour 1/2 batter and sprinkle remaining cinnamon, sugar and/or nuts. Pour balance of batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 3/4 hour.
