Souper Cheese Potatoes
Souper Cheese Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed, 1/4 c. water, 1/2 can condensed cheddar cheese soup, 1 tbsp. snipped chives and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine potatoes and water in a microwave-safe casserole. Cover with lid and microwave on High 12 to 14 minutes. Stir once. Stir in soup, sour cream, half and half, chives and garlic salt. Microwave on High 4 to 5 minutes (uncovered).
Stir once. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Let stand, covered, about 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
