Skinny Chili
Skinny Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground turkey, 1/2 lb. turkey sausages, cut in slices, 1 can kidney beans, 1 can white beans and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Fry meat in a skillet coated with Pam.
Drain any fat from the meat.
Drain beans but do not rinse them.
Add beans, Mexican sauce and tomatoes to the meat and stir.
Cook slowly until mixture is hot.
Serve in bowls.
Sprinkle with shredded Alpine Lace cheese and chopped tomato.
Add chopped onion to the top, too.
Add hot sauce to taste.
