Six Week Bran Muffins
Six Week Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-bran, 2 c. boiling water, 1 c. shortening, melted, 3 c. sugar and 4 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Pour boiling water over All-Bran and let stand.
Mix sugar with shortening.
Beat in eggs and buttermilk.
Combine flour, most of Bran Flakes, soda and salt.
Stir into above ingredients.
Mixture thickens as it stands.
Bake however many muffins you want.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
Store rest of the batter in covered container.
Allow room for expansion.
