Combine the dry ingredients; set aside.
Stir together eggs, buttermilk and oil.
Add them to dry ingredients; mix well.
Fill muffin pans 2/3 full (paper lined).
Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 400Β°. Batter may be stored in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
Bake up muffins as needed.
Makes 6 dozen.
