Six Week Bran Muffins
Six Week Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12-oz.) box bran cereal with raisins, 3 c. sugar, 5 c. flour, 5 tsp. baking soda and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix cereal, sugar, flour, soda and salt.
Add eggs, oil and buttermilk.
Mix well and store, covered, in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Do not freeze.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Pour batter into greased muffin pans, 2/3 full.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.
The batter will keep in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
