Simple Stir-Fry
Simple Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. thinly sliced chicken, 2 tsp. cornstarch, 1 tsp. la choy soy sauce, 1 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil and 2 1/2 c. chopped vegetables (bean sprouts, water chestnuts and frozen pea pods, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put 1 cup La Choy sauce in a bowl.
Combine chicken and cornstarch.
Mix well.
In large nonstick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil; stir-fry chicken until brown.
Set aside.
Heat remaining oil in pan; add vegetables, garlic and ginger.
Add to chicken; toss to coat.
Heat through.
Serve with chow mein noodles.
