Shrimp Salad
Shrimp Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, hard-boiled, shelled and chopped, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 (6 oz.) can small shrimp, drained and rinsed, 1 bunch green onions, chopped (approximately 1/4 c.) and 1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice (to taste), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix first six ingredients in small bowl.
Cover and refrigerate.
