Shrimp-Pasta Salad
Shrimp-Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. pkg. rotini or spiral pasta (plain, spinach or mixed vegetable), 4 oz. sliced or chopped spanish salad olives, 4 oz. sliced ripe olives, 4 oz. mushrooms and 12 oz. shrimp, already deveined and boiled (usually available frozen), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook pasta following directions on package (directions may vary according to type of pasta).
Drain and set aside.
Thaw shrimp (if frozen); rinse and drain.
Drain and rinse olives and mushrooms. Add shrimp, olives and mushrooms to cooked pasta, then mix together.
Pour salad dressing over salad.
Mix again.
(More salad dressing may be added to taste, if desired.)
Chill for 6 hours or overnight.
Serve.
