Shrimp Fried Rice
Shrimp Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen large shrimp, 4 pkg. japanese stir-fry vegetables, 2 onions, sliced and separated, 2 c. cooked uncle ben's rice and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Use wok.
Cook vegetables in 1/2 cup oil until crisp.
Push to the side of wok, leaving a hole in center of vegetables.
Place shrimp in the center of wok.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and Old Bay onto shrimp.
Cook until shrimp are thawed and done.
Pour off excess liquid.
Mix in cooked rice.
Toss until thoroughly mixed.
