Shrimp Creole

Melt butter in saucepan.
Saute onion, celery and green pepper until soft, about 5 minutes.
Stir in garlic.
Fry about 5 more minutes.

Simmer 15 minutes.
Add shrimp; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Serve over cooked, fluffy rice.
