Seafood Salad
Seafood Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. seashell pasta, cooked, 8 oz. imitation crab, 1/2 c. green onions, sliced, 10 oz. frozen peas, blanched and 1 chopped tomato, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain pasta and cool.
Add crab, onions, peas and tomato. Blend together mayo, sour cream, mustard, vinegar and seasoning. Blend gently the two mixtures.
Makes about 12 cups.
