Seafood Chowder
Seafood Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. chicken broth, 1 c. chopped onion, 4 tbsp. butter, 1 1/2 c. diced potatoes and 3 cans minced clams and juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute onion in butter until soft.
Add broth and potatoes; simmer 10 minutes.
Add chopped, cooked shrimp, crab meat and eggs.
Add clams, cream and milk; heat, but do not boil.
Mix all. Blend flour to desired thickness.
Pour in crock-pot to keep warm.
