Seafoam Icing
Seafoam Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 2 1/4 c. or 1 lb. brown sugar, 5 tsp. water and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine whites, sugar and water in top of double boiler.
Beat well to mix.
Place over rapidly boiling water and beat constantly until mixture stands in peaks (about 7 minutes).
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla.
Beat until right consistency.
