Sea Chowder
Sea Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. diced salt pork, 1 c. sliced celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 cans cream of potato soup and 2 soup cans milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In saucepan, brown salt pork; remove.
In drippings, cook celery and onion until tender.
Add salt pork and remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat.
Simmer 10 minutes or until fish is done.
Stir often.
Remove bay leaf.
Makes 8 1/2 cups.
