Scalloped Oysters
Scalloped Oysters is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. oysters with liquor, 1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick), cracker crumbs, milk and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 450°.
Put oysters in layers in baking dish, alternating with crumbs, bits of butter and salt and pepper to taste.
When dish is full, add oyster liquor and milk to moisten. Cover with crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake at 450° for 30 minutes.
Serves six.
