Sausage Soup(Serves Many) is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. hot and/or sweet sausage, 1 c. chopped onions, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, 5 c. beef broth bouillon and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute sausage (remove casing first) with garlic and onions. Add beef broth, water, red wine, tomatoes, carrots, basil and oregano.
Cook 1 hour.
One hour before serving, add sliced zucchini, tortellini, parsley and green pepper.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serves many.
