Sausage Soup
Sausage Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. italian sweet sausages, 3 peppers, cut into 1/4-inch strips, 2 medium onions, chopped, 2 medium cloves garlic and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put 1/2 cup water and the sausages in a Dutch oven.
Cook 5 minutes to help cook off grease.
Remove cover and cook sausages until brown, turning frequently.
Remove sausage and slice in 1/2-inch thick slices.
Drain remaining water.
In the Dutch oven, brown onions, peppers and garlic.
Add all other ingredients.
Cook 20 minutes until done.
