Sausage Pilaf
Sausage Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, 1 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 1/4 c. chopped pimiento, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Brown sausage and drain.
Add celery, onion and green pepper; cook until tender, not brown.
Stir in pimiento, soup, milk, rice and seasonings.
Pour into an ungreased casserole.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally with a fork. For topping, combine bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle evenly over the top and bake uncovered 20 more minutes.
