Sausage Bread
Sausage Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. dough, 1 lb. sausage, 4 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese and 1/2 c. pepperoni, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Remove casing from sausage.
Cook sausage in skillet, stirring occasionally, until well done.
Remove from heat and add beaten eggs.
Roll dough into 18 x 10-inch rectangle.
Cover dough with sausage, pepperoni, Mozzarella and grated cheese.
Roll up like a jelly roll.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Brush top with egg. Bake in 400Β° oven for 35 minutes.
