Sauerkraut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained, 1 c. grated carrots, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 c. celery and 1 c. green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a large bowl, mix kraut, carrots, celery, green pepper, onion and pimento. In a jar or small bowl, combine sugar and oil. Pour over vegetables and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
