Sara's 30 Minute Yeast Rolls
Sara'S 30 Minute Yeast Rolls is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1/2 c. lukewarm water, pinch of sugar, 2 c. buttermilk and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon). Stir in apples, raisins and nuts by hand.
Batter will be stiff. Bake in 2 greased and sugared loaf pans.
You may also bake in a tube or Bundt cake pan.
Bake loaves for 45 minutes and cake for 1 hour.
Also, may be baked in greased muffin tins (either regular or miniature sizes).
Freezes beautifully.
