Salisbury Steak Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can golden mushroom soup, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix thoroughly 1/4 cup soup with remaining ingredients.
Shape into 6 patties; place in shallow baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch). Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Spoon off fat.
Mix rest of soup and 1/3 cup water; pour over meat.
Bake 10 minutes more.
