Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed golden mushroom soup, 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1/2 c. dry bread or cracker crumbs, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1 small onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat to 350Β°.
In medium bowl, combine 1/4 of the soup with remaining ingredients except water.
Mix thoroughly. Shape patties.
Arrange in single layer in shallow baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes. Spoon off fat. Combine remaining soup and water.
Spoon over patties. Bake 10 minutes more.
