Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can mushroom soup, 2 tbsp. catsup, 1 1/2 tsp. chopped onion, 1 lb. hamburger and 2 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix all ingredients, but soup, into square (8 x 8-inch) pan. Refrigerate overnight.
Cut in squares and roll in flour.
Brown in oleo.
Place in baking dish.
Mix soup and about 1/2 can water. Pour over steak.
Bake in slow oven 2 to 3 hours at 250Β°.
