Russian Tea Cakes
Russian Tea Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, softened, 1/2 c. confectioner sugar, sifted, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 1/4 c. flour, sifted and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix thoroughly, butter, sugar and vanilla.
Sift together flour and salt and stir in, then mix nuts, mix well.
Roll into 1in balls.
Place 2 1/2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 400 degrees until set, but not brown, (10-12 min.).
