Rumaki
Rumaki is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. chicken livers, 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, 1/2 c. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. packed brown sugar and 10 slices bacon, cut in half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut livers into halves.
Mix soy sauce and brown sugar; stir in livers and water chestnuts.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours; drain.
Fry bacon until almost done; drain.
Wrap a piece of liver and water chestnuts in bacon.
Secure with wooden toothpicks.
Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes until liver and bacon are cooked through.
