Rumaki
Rumaki is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. ketchup, 1 1/2 c. water, 1 tsp. seasoned salt, 1/4 tsp. tabasco and 12 slices bacon, cut in half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine all ingredients except chicken livers and bacon in mixing bowl.
Add livers; stir to coat.
Let stand 20 minutes. Drain, reserving marinade.
Wrap each liver piece in half strip of bacon; secure with toothpicks.
Broil on rack about 2 inches from source of heat about 10 minutes, turning often.
Heat reserved marinade in small saucepan to boil; simmer 2 minutes.
Use as dip for rumaki.
