Royal Spinach Cream Soup
Royal Spinach Cream Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1/2 c. water, 2 chicken bouillon cubes, 1 tbsp. dried minced onion or 2 tbsp. chopped fresh onion and 1 large can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine spinach, 1/2 cup water, bouillon cubes and onion. Cover and cook until spinach is tender (do not overcook). Separate spinach with fork.
Add milk, 1 cup water, butter, salt and pepper and warm over low heat (or double boiler).
Serve when just heated (do not boil after adding milk).
Serve in small bowls.
Great for company.
