Round Steak Chop Suey
Round Steak Chop Suey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. cubed round steak, 1 can consomme, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 can water and 2 tbsp. soy sauce or to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Toss meat nonstick or in small amount of fat until it browns. with water and soy sauce. Cook meat on low heat or in a 325Β° oven until almost tender (about 30 minutes).

Cover.
Cook gently for 30 minutes or until flour and water; add to thicken.
Heat until boiling cook until thick.
Add drained bean sprouts and mushrooms.
Heat through.
Serve on rice or crisp noodles. Serves 6.
