Roasted Peppers and Onions
Roasted Peppers And Onions is an easy dinner. Made with red peppers, green peppers, yellow peppers, onions, red or spanish and sicilian sweet and sour sauce (see below), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut peppers in half and onions in wedges.
Place in 375Β° oven.
Turn over when well browned to toast other side.
Remove from oven and place peppers in a brown paper bag.
Let stand in bag for 10 minutes.
Peel and cut into strips.
Arrange on platter with onions and marinate with sauce.
Great with salads, appetizers, or alone with bread.
