Roasted Pecans
Roasted Pecans is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg white, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. self-rising flour, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. pecan halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat egg white until soft peaks form.
Mix in sugar, flour and vanilla.
Pour in pecans and stir until all are coated.
Place pecans 1-inch apart on a cookie sheet covered with brown paper.
(A brown paper bag works great.)
Bake 30 minutes in a 250Β° oven, then turn off oven and let set in oven 30 more minutes.
Remove from oven and loosen nuts from paper and let set to cool.
