Roasted Pecan Clusters
Roasted Pecan Clusters is an easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, 3 c. pecan pieces and 12 (1 oz.) squares chocolate flavored candy coating, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Melt butter in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan.
Spread pecans evenly in pan.
Bake at 300Β° for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes.
Place candy coating in top of double broiler, bring water to boil.
Reduce heat to low, and cook until coating melts.
Cool 2 minutes; add pecans and stir until coated.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
Let cool completely.
Yields about 4 dozen.
