Roast Quail
Roast Quail is an easy dinner. Made with 4 quail, 4 chicken livers, 1/2 tsp. thyme, salt and pepper to taste and 1/4 lb. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sprinkle quails inside and out with salt, pepper and flour. Begin frying in about 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Gradually add 3/4 stick margarine and fry until golden brown. Cover and cook on low heat for about 45 to 50 minutes. Remove lid and increase heat for about 5 minutes so that quail will be crisp.
