Roast Pork Adrien
Roast Pork Adrien is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pork loin, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1/2 c. catsup, 1/2 c. vinegar and 1/2 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Season pork loin.
Place fat side up in roasting pan. Bake at 325° to 350° until 1/2 hour before the roast is done.
Combine all remaining ingredients except cornstarch and liqueur.
Cook over low heat 5 minutes. Blend cornstarch with some of the sauce and stir until smooth.
Add to the rest of the sauce and stir until slightly thickened. Add the liqueur and continue stirring for 5 to 10 minutes.
