Roast Pork Adrien
Roast Pork Adrien is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour. Made with pork loin, (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, c. catsup, c. vinegar and c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Season pork loin.
Place fat side up in roasting pan. Bake at 325° to 350° until 1/2 hour before the roast is done.
Combine all remaining ingredients except cornstarch and liqueur.
Cook over low heat 5 minutes. Blend cornstarch with some of the sauce and stir until smooth.
Add to the rest of the sauce and stir until slightly thickened. Add the liqueur and continue stirring for 5 to 10 minutes.
