Place roast in roasting pan and bake, uncovered, at 275° for 1 hour.
Dissolve bouillon and soup mix in water.
Pour over the roast.
Cover and bake at 350° for 3 hours.
Remove meat and slice thinly.
Return to pan juices and heat through.
Serve on buns or rolls.
Yields about 24 to 30 servings.
