Roast Beef Dinner
Roast Beef Dinner is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 lb. beef roast, salt and pepper, 1 onion, 4 potatoes and 6 carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Rub roast well with salt and pepper.
Brown on both sides. Place in a covered roaster and cook at 325Β° for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.
The last hour add the potatoes, onions and carrots.
More vegetables may be added if cooking for a crowd.
Green beans are good, too.
Fix your meat and set the timer on your stove; when you come home from work or shopping, put in vegetables.
