Rice Pilaf
Rice Pilaf is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. diced green pepper, 1 medium onion, 1/2 lb. sliced, fresh mushrooms, 1 c. rice (regular or long grain) and 1 can beef consomme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown pepper, onion and rice in oil or margarine, 6 to 8 minutes.
Add consomme, 1/2 cup of water and mushrooms.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Boil 1 minute.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve hot!
