Rhonda'S Christmas Breakfast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork sausage, crumbled, cooked and drained, 6 slices bread, cubed and dried, 1/2 to 1 stick butter, 1 c. sharp grated cheddar cheese and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put sausage in bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Toss bread in melted butter and layer over sausage.
Add cheese.
Beat eggs, milk and seasoning.
Pour over layered mixture.
