Mix well.
Roll into 2 or 3 "sausages."
Roll long cookie dough sausages into waxed paper and refrigerate overnight.
Slice in 1/4-inch cookies and place on cookie sheet.

Cool slightly.
Roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
