Ravioli and Broccoli Salad
Ravioli And Broccoli Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen cheeses stuffed mini ravioli, 1 bunch broccoli, cut into 1-inch pieces, 1 large tomato, quartered, 1 (8 oz.) bottle caesar salad dressing and fresh parmesan cheese for garnish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Prepare ravioli as directed on package.
Meanwhile, cut broccoli and tomato.
In skillet over high heat, add 3 tablespoons salad dressing.
Add broccoli until coated. Add 1/4 cup water.
Reduce heat and cover.
2 minutes. Uncover and stir-fry 2 mintues.
Drain ravioli, place in large bowl.
Add broccoli, tomato and 1/2 dressing.
Toss to coat.
Onto platter.
Chilled. Sliver slices of Parmesan on top of salad.
